Dolin is one of the last remaining independent Vermouth producers in the world and dates back to 1815. High in the Alps above Chambery, Dolin collects the best wild plants and herbs that have won their vermouth’s numerous international awards.

The rouge vermouth uses over 50 alpine herbs and plants producing an elegant and balanced vermouth.

Tasting Notes:

Amber with glints of copper in colour. Pleasant nose of fruit compote, prunes, walnuts and a slight grassy note tempered by spicy cinnamon, vanilla and szechwan pepper. On the palate, a complex aroma of almond and fruit pit, citrus, pear and cinnamon with notes of spice cake and tobacco. A subtle base of bitterness to finish.

    We offer free shipping for orders over $500 and $650 for rural areas.

    Items are signature-required and delivered by Post Haste.

    Rural shipping

    If your address is either rural or contains a rapid number, then you must select rural delivery at the point of checkout. If you fail to do so, we retain the right to send you a secondary invoice for the additional rural delivery charge.

    Delivery targets

    We will do everything we can to make sure your parcel arrives within the suggested timeframe; however, we are not liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

    Damaged goods

    If there are signs the box is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the courier’s signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in any way, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods so we can replace them.
