For hundreds of years gin was a clear spirit. Ink Gin has changed this!

Created by Husk Distillers, a paddock-to-bottle agricole rum distillery with a focus on sustainable farming and innovative distilling. The colour of Ink Gin is derived from the deep infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower, Butterfly Pea. This natural floral infusion gives Ink Gin a remarkable and lustrous quality, most elegantly displayed & visually beautiful when mixed with Tonic Water with its colour changing from deep blue to blush pink – you have to see it for yourself!

Ink Gin has 13 botanicals that are in perfect harmony with the flower. It is carefully pot distilled in small batches, tasted regularly for quality, and bottled by hand.

On the nose, bold aromas of citrus and coriander lead onto juniper followed by sweet notes of orange.

Citrus notes along with pepperberry and cardamom give it a spicy opening with rounded notes of orange balancing it all out, leaving the palate crisp and clean. Long refreshing finish with liquorice, thyme and continued sweetness.

Ink Gin is naturally infused with no preservatives or chemical stabilisers.

Please note that organic colours don’t last forever, so Ink Gin should be stored in a dark place or enjoyed with friends sooner rather than later.
