From The Spirits Workshop boutique craft distillery in Christchurch comes Curiosity Gin Recipe #23, a contemporary style gin made with a New Zealand twist.

With a base of locally sourced Canterbury malted grain, Curiosity Gin Recipe #23 is handcrafted and batch distilled using 11 botanicals including East Coast Manuka, Gisborne citrus and Otago lavender.

The base spirit is double-distilled in a handmade copper pot still after which the botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before being distilled for a third time producing a well balanced aromatic gin from New Zealand.

This presentation of NZ’s Curiosity Gin took 23 attempts to find the perfect balance of botanicals and so the distillers thought they’d include it in the name.

Tasting notes: Citrus and juniper with pine hints on the nose, earthy angelica root and spices on the palate with a smooth finish.

Serving suggestion: As a gin and tonic using a premium tonic and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.

    Damaged goods

    If there are signs the box is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the courier’s signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in any way, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods so we can replace them.
