From their Auckland base, Karven have released their modern style vermouth crafted from premium New Zealand grapes, Karven Bianco Vermouth.

Using fresh botanicals,such as Kawakawa and Horopito, harvested by hand from the gardens around the distillery, Karven’s Bianco Vermouth uses the best NZ grapes.

Tasting Notes: Golden in colour, sweet citrus and ripe peach on the nose. Velvety herbacious blend on the palate with notes of fresh wormwood.

Suggested Serve: As an aperitif over ice or built into a cocktail.

Karven Bianco Vermouth Cocktail Recipe:

Corpse Reviver No 2
> 40ml Karven Gin
> 30ml Karven Bianco Vermout
> 30ml Fresh lemon juice
> 15ml Orange liqueur
> Dash of Absinthe

Method: Chill a cocktail glass with ice and a few dashed of the absinthe. Add other ingredients into an ice filled shaker and shake well. Remove ice from the glass whilst rotating to wash the sides. Strain the contents of the shaker and garnish with a lemon twist.

    Damaged goods

    If there are signs the box is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the courier’s signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in any way, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods so we can replace them.
