Triple distilled and then matured for over 12 years, Auchentoshan 12 YO Single Malt Whisky is made from the highest distillate of any single malt whisky in Scotland.

The unique distilling process that Auchentoshan use for their whiskies produces a product that is seriously smooth and delicate.

Tasting notes: Sweet Creme Brulee with a citrus burst followed by green leaf and nuts on the nose. Smooth and sweet on the palate with hints of lime and tangerine. Gingery and slightly dry finish with a lingering nuttiness.

Auchentoshan 12 YO Cocktail Recipe: Manhattan
> 50ml Auchentoshan 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
> 20ml Sweet Vermouth
> 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Assemble ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir up to 17 times. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.
