Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rare Rum is produced in Jamaica’s oldest sugar estate in the Nassau Valley that has been distilling delicious rums for the last 265 years.

Appleton Estate’s Rare Blend 12 Year Old Rum is a golden rum blended from select aged rums that are matured for at least 12 years, some up to 30 years.

Tasting Notes: Deep bronze in colour with a honey gold rim. Vanilla, oak and delicate molasses on the nose, vibrant orange peel, rich vanilla and smokey chocolate on the palate. A bittersweet finish.

Serving Suggestion: Neat over ice or built in an elegant cocktail.

Jamaican Honey Soother
> 60ml Appleton Estate Rare Blend 12 Year Old Rum
> 30ml Fresh lemon juice
> 15ml Honey

Assemble ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel.
