Ingredients
- 60ml Black Robin Gin
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Egg white from 1 egg
- Soda water
Instructions
- Assemble the gin, juice, syrup and egg white into a boston shaker and mixer ball.
- Shake well.
- Add a large handful of ice and shake again.
- Strain into an ice filled highball glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
- Enjoy!
