Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice-cream
- 30ml Chocolate Schnapps
- 30ml salted caramel syrup
- 60ml spiced rum (Voyage Spiced Rum)
- 30ml Dark creme de cacao
- 120ml stout beer
- Garnish: Whipped cream
- Garnish: caramel and chocolate syrups
- Garnish: bacon crumbles
Instructions
- In a blender, add the ice cream, spiced rum, crème de cacao, stout, and the chocolate and caramel syrups.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrups, and a spoonful of extra-crispy bacon crumbles. Serve and enjoy.
