Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds only apply to Breakages;

Please report to your courier if noticed at time of delivery.

If the courier is not available, please take photos of the damage and report it directly to us, for claim against the courier.

A replacement will be send out as soon as we are notified, if stock available. If not it will be “Back Ordered”.

Please do not send your purchase back to us.
