A twist on the 1900’s classic, the addition of egg white not only gives the gin cocktail more body, the use of an egg will impress any cocktail party goer.
- Assemble the gin, juice, syrup and egg white into a boston shaker and mixer ball.
- Shake well.
- Add a large handful of ice and shake again.
- Strain into an ice filled highball glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
