Batch distilled at the very southern tip of New Zealand’s North Island, Lighthouse Gin was launched in 2005 under the watchful eye of the iconic Cape Palliser Lighthouse.
The nine botanicals used include NZ native kawa kawa as well as zest of navel oranges, Yen Ben lemons and Lisbon lemon.. The distillers create the gin in a 200-litre copper still, which Neil designed himself, and had specially built by local craftsmen at 2K Design in Masterton.
A lengthy double distillation process each batch has its own subtle signature, a premium gin of exceptional flavour and complexity.
Serving suggestions: Dry martini or over ice with a premium tonic.
