Crafted from naturally grown spices and herbs blended with the very finest of Caribbean golden rums, Helmsman Rum is a spiced golden rum from New Zealand.

With years of hospitality experience and 18 months research & development, Helmsman Rum was created through a desire to produce a spiced rum that ‘hits the spot’.

Tasting Notes: Vanilla on the nose with buttery toffee notes and a hint of cinnamon. A long finish with a hint of toasted toffee.

Suggested Serve:  Sip it over ice or enjoy in a Dark ‘n Stormy.

Helmsman Rum Cocktail Recipe: Siren
> 30ml Helmsman Rum
> 15ml Campari
> 10ml Cherry Brandy
> 10ml Benedictine
> 10ml Demerara Sugar
> 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
> Mint sprig for garnish

Method: Assemble ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Strain over an ice filled wine glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

    We will do everything we can to make sure your parcel arrives within the suggested timeframe; however, we are not liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.

    Damaged goods

    If there are signs the box is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the courier’s signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in any way, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods so we can replace them.
