Serving Suggestion: 50ml Caorunn Gin, 50ml Fever-Tree tonic water, build over ice and garnish with a thin wedge of red apple.
Cocktail: Blush Apple Martini;
50ml Caorunn Gin
40ml Pressed apple juice
20ml Lemon juice
5ml Sugar syrup
3 raspberries for garnish.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
