Handcrafted and batch distilled 4 times in the Scottish Highlands, Caorunn Gin is wildly sophisticated. Pronounced ka-roon.

Infused with 11 botanicals including 5 locally foraged by hand, Gin Master distiller Simon Buley personally crafts each and every bottle.

Quadruple-distilled from the finest pure grain spirit and blended with pristine Scottish water, Caorunn Gin is a must for all gin enthusiasts.

Botanicals: Juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange peel, lemon peel, angelica root, cassia bark, rowan berry, bog myrtle, heather, coul blush apple, dandelion leaf.

Tasting notes: Fresh floral notes with aromatic spice on the nose followed by sweet full bodied aromatics on the palate. Invigorating crisp finish.

Serving Suggestion: 50ml Caorunn Gin, 50ml Fever-Tree tonic water, build over ice and garnish with a thin wedge of red apple.

Cocktail: Blush Apple Martini;
50ml Caorunn Gin
40ml Pressed apple juice
20ml Lemon juice
5ml Sugar syrup
3 raspberries for garnish.

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.

    Damaged goods

    If there are signs the box is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the courier’s signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in any way, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods so we can replace them.
