Briottet Creme de Cassis de Dijon (Blackcurrant Liqueur) 700ml – 20% ABV

Edmond Briottet make exceptional artisan liqueurs and creams in Dijon, France.

Made from the most prestigious variety of blackcurrants grown exclusively in the Côte d’Or, Burgundy, Briottet Creme de Cassis de Dijon is a blackcurrant liqueur made from macerating blackcurrants in a water-alcohol solution for 10 weeks. This allows the full flavour and aroma of the blackcurrants to flow through into the liqueur.

Briottet Creme de Cassis Cocktail Recipe: Red October
> 20ml Blue Duck Vodka
> 10ml Briottet Creme de Cassis de Dijon
> 20ml Grapefruit juice
> 20ml Lemon juice
> 10ml Briottet Creme de Mure

Assemble ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Double strain over an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with two blackberries.

    Damaged goods

    If there are signs the box is damaged upon delivery, please make a note on the courier’s signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in any way, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods so we can replace them.
