Aperol is an Italian aperitif based on a secret blend of herbs and predominantly bitter and sweet oranges. Other ingredients of Aperol Aperitif include gentian, rhubarb and cinchona.
Launched in 1919, Aperol is similar to Campari but has half the alcohol content and is less bitter than Campari.
Tasting notes: Zesty orange on the nose with complex herbal scents. Intense orange with woody body notes, bittersweet and salty. Velvety and rounded with long-lasting orange memories. Herbal long bitterness to finish.
