Delivery - NZ
For delivery throughout New Zealand we use PBT Couriers. All items are sent 'signature required'. If there is no one at the delivery address at the time of attempted delivery, a 'Card To Call' slip will be left at the premise giving instructions on how to claim your items.
We will use our best endeavours to deliver the items within our suggested timeframe however we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
South Island - 5 working days
North Island - 7 working days
Rural - add 2 working days to above
Working day starts from the next full working day after order - e.g. if you place an order at 1pm Monday, the first working day in Tuesday.
If your address is either rural or contains a rapide number, then you MUST select Rural Delivery at the point of checkout. If you fail to do so, we retain the right to send you a secondary invoice for the additional Rural Delivery charge and an administration fee of $7.50
Delivery - Rest of the World
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world, but you must contact us first for a shipping quote. It is also your responsibility to pay for all duty, import taxes and relevant fees that might arise receiving the items into your country. You will be contacted by the international shipping agent so please make sure your contact details are correct at the time of ordering. We will removed GST from all international orders.
If there is signs that the box is damaged, please make a note on the couriers signature forms. If your items inside are damaged in anyway, please keep them and contact us immediately and we will talk you through the process of returning the goods to us so that we can replace them.
