Ingredients
- 50ml Bourbon
- 20ml Freash cream
- 20ml Coffee liqueur
- Serve in a glass with ice & toop with soda water
Instructions
- Add the bourbon, coffee liqueur, heavy cream and orgeat into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass.
- Fill with the club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above the glass.
- Wait a few seconds and then add another splash of soda. This will lift the foam above the top of the glass.
- Serve with a straw.
